Doing a pitch as a white male comes with a different set of problems than a disabled woman of color. Where are the workshops and leadership programs that get this?!
Whether class, gender, race, ability, sexuality etc. we know that the layers of our identity create unique situations, so we need SOLUTIONS and TRAINING with this in mind.
We know the personal struggle the lack of diversity in the industry creates. So we created our RISE workshop programs to focus on training intersectional leaders. They are designed for and taught by people who have experienced marginalization because we #SEEYOU.
